Tilly’s Hair Salon is based in Vancouver, WA. We’ve been passionately doing hair for over 30 years. Dozens of satisfied customers have enjoyed our services and highly recommend us.  As a hair salon, we strongly believe in making clients look their best before exiting our beautiful shop.
